  • The Hand Chakras
    • Location: Center of the palms.
    • Purpose: Channeling, scanning, and projecting energy.
    • Function: They control how you give and receive love, gifts, and healing energy. Blocked hand chakras can manifest as a feeling of creative blockage or an inability to receive help from others 
  • The Foot Chakras
    • Location: Soles of both feet (arches).
    • Purpose: Electrical grounding.
    • Function: They act as your energetic exhaust pipes, flushing toxic or excess energy out of your body and into the earth. When clear, they pull stabilizing vitality directly from the ground. 
  • The Thymus (Higher Heart) Chakra
    • Location: Between the throat and the heart.
    • Color: Turquoise or Pink.
    • Purpose: Spiritual communication and immunity.
    • Function: This is the seat of divine compassion, empathy, and unconditional love for humanity. Physically, it regulates the thymus gland, which controls your immune system. 
  • The Lalana (Talu) Chakra
    • Location: Roof of the mouth / soft palate.
    • Purpose: Processing higher consciousness secretions.
    • Function: In advanced yoga, it acts as a reservoir for Amrita (the nectar of immortality or ultimate bliss) that flows down from the brain. It controls twelve specific emotional virtues, including self-respect, pride, and affection.
  • The Bindu Visarga
    • Location: Back of the head, where a ponytail sits.
    • Purpose: Fountain of youth and vitality.
    • Function: It is a point of concentration where consciousness transforms into matter. It stores psychic energy and directly influences sleep, waking states, and feelings of deep inner peace. 
  • The Earth Star Chakra (Chakra 0)
    • Location: 6 to 12 inches below the soles of your feet.
    • Color: Deep brown or metallic silver.
    • Purpose: Super-grounding.
    • Function: It anchors your entire energetic matrix to the core of the Earth. It acts as your personal anchor, preventing you from feeling spaced out, anxious, or ungrounded during spiritual work.
