Responsibilities of a Master Facilitator
Instead of assigning readings or checking homework, a Master Facilitator actively orchestrates real-time sessions designed to alter a student’s mental state and heighten bodily awareness:
- Guiding MKS Attunement: They physically lead the sessions aimed at activating the body’s over 80 major and minor energy focal points (chakras). They instruct students on how to intentionally perceive energetic shifts using concrete physical feedback—such as shifts in internal temperature, a deep sense of stillness, and localized vibrational responses.
- Executing Identity: Master Facilitators supervise specific psychological exercises designed to diminish the “reactive ego.” Their goal is to move students past defensive emotional patterns so they can operate smoothly within a shared, high-accountability environment.
- Managing Strategic Silence: They dictate and monitor the structured periods of silence embedded into the curriculum. Facilitators evaluate how effectively a student uses these deep quiet phases to build psychological stability and lower stress markers.
- Energy Practices with Holistic Health: Acting as a link to the MK Healing Hospital, Master Facilitators teach students how to transform meditation techniques into active tools for physical relaxation, mental health management, and therapeutic self-healing
Qualification Requirements

Purpose within the School
- To possess the technical ability to trigger, safely manage, and stabilize the school’s 80+ physical and minor energy centers (MKS Attunement).
- To independently organize, execute, and track student focus during intensive Strategic Silence Cycles.
- To translate energetic concepts into rational language that coordinates with the staff at the MK Healing Hospital.

Requirements Assessment
Before an applicant is given active groups or patients, they must pass three hands-on evaluations managed by the MK Council Governing Board:
- The Attunement Practical: The applicant must demonstrate their ability to shift their internal state (and the environment’s state) on command, proven through physical markers like localized warmth, systemic relaxation, and deep stillness.
- Crisis Management & Emotional Decompression: The candidate must prove they can ground a student or a healthcare patient experiencing sudden emotional therapy spikes or psychological stress.
- Multidisciplinary Project Translation: The applicant must clearly demonstrate they can construct workshops that connect the school’s core pillars—specifically bridging Scientific Innovation with Spiritual Intelligence.
